The Icons in My TestStand Sequence Editor Appear Half Grey

Problem:
I installed TestStand on my system and everything seems to work fine but I noticed the icons in the View window of my sequence appear half grey and half the color they are supposed to be.

Solution:
The icons may appear to be discolored if your system's color quality setting is below 16-bits.

To check your display properties:
  1. Right-click on the desktop and select Properties
  2. Choose the Settings tab
  3. Check the Color Quality is set to at least 16-bits
