Problem: How do I disconnect a VI from its owning library? Solution: Deleting or moving a LabVIEW library that has VIs being used in a project can cause linking errors. You may receive an error telling you that Your VI is at the expected path but is part of a library. Your VI will be opened but it will be removed from the project.
