USB-9201 glitches when acquiring finite samples at max rate on all channels Hardware: Multifunction DAQ (MIO)>>Portable>>USB-9201
Problem: I have a USB-9201 and I am running the example program "Acq and Graph Voltage - Int Clk" with the run continuously button. I noticed that after running this VI continuously for about 5 minutes resulted in large glitch in the data (see screenshot). This issue only appears on one of my computers. On another machine this works just fine. What could be the problem? Solution: This issue is related to a bug in the Windows USB driver and some USB chipsets. We have found this problem to exist on only a handful of computers. At this time there is no workaround for this issue. Related Links: Attachments:
