Problem:
How Does the Blackfin Know the Host IP for TCP Debugging?

Solution:
When the code is built, the IP address of the host PC is determined and built into the executable, so the Blackfin knows how to communicate back to the PC. For more information on debugging, see the NI Developer Zone tutorial linked below.
