Problem: I got the following error message, if i try to install a NI985x CAN module on my NI cRIO-9072 or cRIO-NI 9074 device. The NI cRIO-9852 and NI cRIO-9853 C-Series modules are not supported on the NI cRIO-9072 or cRIO-NI 9074 platforms. Please visit ni.com/info and type in infocode ext4u9 to get an updated version of the driver that enables this support.Solution: You have to download the latest NI-RIO or NI-985x driver version, in order to get support for NI 9852/9853 C series modules on NI cRIO-9072 or cRIO-NI 9074 devices.
