After Installing a Disconnected License File Created from my NI Volume License Manager Server, Why am I no Longer Able to Use MathScript?

Primary Software: Other NI Software>>NI Volume License Manager
Primary Software Version: 2.0
Primary Software Fixed Version: N/A
Secondary Software: LabVIEW Development Systems

Problem:
After installing a disconnect license created from my NI VLM server on my local machine, I am no longer able to use MathScript. How can I solve the problem?

Solution:
The problem is due to conflicting license files in the local license folder. To solve the problem:
  1. Navigate to the local licensing folder. This folder is normally C:\Program Files\National Instruments\Shared\License Manager\Licenses
  2. Rename the disconnected license file to include an "aaa" prefix. For example, if your disconnected license file name is "Disonnect_Permanent.lic", rename this file to "aaaDisconnect_Permanent.lic".

Note: This issue has been fixed for new volume license files. Please ask your license administrator to contact National Instruments to obtain a new license file.
