Problem: If I need to move a MATRIXx License from one node to another, is there a charge for this? Solution: The answer depends on if you are current on your SSP (maintenance). There is no charge to move a license for customers that are current on SSP. There is a fee for customers that are not current on SSP. This fee will be charged for moving MATRIXx license server from one node to another, or a node-locked license from one node to another as well as upgrading a single server floating license to a triple-redundant floating license server. If there is a change to the content of the license file (for example splitting a license in to two licenses) then you need to join SSP first. For more information see the MATRIXx Price List.
