ELVIS 1.0 Returns “Requested Value is Not Supported Value For This Property” Error – Error # -200077 Hardware: Legacy DAQ Devices>>Multifunction DAQ>>DAQCard-700
Problem: I have a DAQcard 700 and ELVIS 1.0. Whenever I start ELVIS 1.0, I get the error “Requested value is not supported value for this property” – error # -200077. What is causing this problem? Solution: ELVIS 1.0 uses Traditional-DAQ to perform data acquisition. Traditional-DAQ uses VIs that make use of the board's internal scan clock to acquire data at the user-specified scan rate. There are certain National Instrument’s Boards however, that do not have an internal scan clock. The internal scan clock is replaced by the internal channel clock in such boards. Hence the error occurs when ELVIS VIs try to configure a non-existent component on the card. You can resolve this issue by reconfiguring your VI to remove all references to the Scan Clock and instead use the Channel Clock on the DAQcard 700. This should resolve your issue.
