Calling a Custom Sequence File with a Sequence Call Step Causes TestStand to Hang

Problem:
I am using a TestStand sequence file translator to load sequence files of a custom format.  However, when I call one of these sequence files from a Sequence Call step, the TestStand Sequence Editor or User Interface hangs.  How can I fix this behavior?

Solution:
Calling a sequence that uses a sequence file translator can cause a hang based on the Load Option of the step.  If your step is set to any option other than Load Dynamically, this behavior can happen.

To fix this behavior, change the Load Option of the Sequence Call step to Load Dynamically.

Note: This Issue is fixed in TestStand 4.1.
