How to Remove Programs Manually from the Add/Remove Programs ListPrimary Software: NI InstallersPrimary Software Version: N/A Primary Software Fixed Version: N/A Secondary Software: N/A
Problem: My computer reported errors when I tried to use the Add/Remove Programs National Instruments Software wizard to remove an NI driver, so I manually deleted the files myself, but there is still an entry for the NI driver in Add/Remove Programs that I can't remove. Solution: The easiest solution is to reinstall or repair the broken driver and use Add/Remove Programs again, so that Windows can remove the driver's files. Although counter-intuitive, reinstalling often fixes the damaged files, so that the driver may be properly removed.
