Solution
The hardware that can be used with NI SignalExpress is determined by driver compatibility. You can find specific hardware and driver compatibility information in either your
product's manual or in the
driver readmes. Note: You can use 3rd-party hardware as long as it is compatible with a supported NI or IVI-compliant driver. Use of other 3rd-party hardware can be accomplished using IVI Steps, or through the use of User Defined Steps. You can search the NI Instrument Driver Network for IVI drivers for your device.
For example,
NI SignalExpress 2015 is compatible with the following driver software:
- NI-DAQmx 9.5.5 or later
- NI-SCOPE 2.7 or later
- NI-FGEN 2.2 or later
- NI-DMM 2.4.1 or later
- NI-HSDIO 1.3.1 or later
- NI-HWS 1.3.1 or later
- NI-DCPower 1.0 or later
- IVI Compliance Package 14.0 or later
