LabWindows/CVI Development Environment Doesn't Show All Panels on User Interface

Problem:
When I open my user interface file (.uir) in LabWindows/CVI, none of my panels are displayed. Instead, a blank white screen appears. On the other hand, when I compile and run my project, the user interface displays correctly. Has my .uir file been "locked" so that I cannot make changes to it?

Solution:
The panels on your user interface have probably been set to be hidden. In order to view all panels on your user interface, open your .uir file in the LabWindows/CVI development environment. Then navigate to View » Show/Hide Panels and select Show All Panels.
