How Do I Use 6B Series VIs in LabVIEW 6.x or Newer?Hardware: Signal Conditioning Other>>6B Series
Problem: I cannot open the 6B Series VIs in LabVIEW 6.x. I received an error stating "LabVIEW Error Code 10: VI version is too old to convert to current LV version (6.0.x)". What can I do? Solution: This problem occurs because the 6B Series VIs were created in LabVIEW 3.0.1, and as the error states, this version is too old to be opened in LabVIEW 6.x. The 6b_lv6.zip file (linked below) contains a compiled version of the 6B Series VIs that will work in LabVIEW 6.x. If you place the two LLBs within the 6b_lv6.zip file in your \LabVIEW 6\user.lib directory, they will appear in your User Library subpalette, making them easier to find and use in your programming.
