Problem: I have created my LabWindows™/CVI User Interface Resource (*.uir) file and populated it with several controls, but I would like to change the order in which they are selected when using the Tab key. How can I do this? Solution: To change the Tab Order of controls in a *.uir file, you must be viewing your *.uir, as the menu choices in LabWindows™/CVI are context sensitive From the menu, select Edit » Tab Order. This will allow you access to the Edit Tabbing Order dialog box, which allows you to click through your controls in the order in which you'd like them to be selected when using the Tab key. The Tab Order will be numbered from 0 to N-1, where N represents the total number of controls present on your *.uir file.
