What Is the Maximum Front Side Bus Speed That I Can Use with My AT-MIO DAQ Board?

Hardware: Legacy DAQ Devices>>Multifunction DAQ>>AT-MIO-16

Problem: What is the maximum front side bus speed that I can use with my AT-MIO data acquisition (DAQ) board?

Solution: The front side bus speed is the speed with which the processor communicates with its chipset. This shouldn't have much of an effect on our board. The parameter to be concerned with is the AT bus speed. The standard is 8 MHz, but some motherboards let you change that setting (usually through the BIOS). Our boards require an AT bus speed of 8 MHz. Please note, if you can not change this setting, it will most likely default to the 8 MHz speed our boards require (this is the standard).
