Problem: I am using the Order Analysis functions in the Sound and Vibration Measurement Suite. Some of the functions seem to take a long time when executing or seem to require a certain amount of input data. What is the cause of this? Solution: The order analysis functions perform lots of processing to return accurate data. Because of this, certain functions require a certain amount of input data before it can give a valid output result. The amount of delay usually depends on the input configuration of the function. Below are the functions which require a certain amout of input data and a table for each with the amount of delay that can be expected. OAT Analog Tacho Process:
