I Get an Invalid BioBench Data File Error When Trying to Open a BioBench File

Problem: When I try to open a particular BioBench file, a get an error stating, "Invalid! The file you have selected is not a valid BioBench data file." I notice that this only happens with one of my BioBench (.bb) files. Is something wrong with this file?

Solution: You will get this error message when trying to open a file that is Read-only. To fix this issue you need to change the properties of your specific BioBench file so that it is not Read-only. To do this in Windows, right-click on you BioBench (.bb) file and select Properties. In the Attributes field, uncheck the checkbox next to Read-only. You should now be able to open this file in BioBench.
