Can I Access Two Instruments Connected to the Same GPIB Card Simultaneously?

Hardware: GPIB>>Plug-in Controllers>>PCI-GPIB

Problem: I have two instruments connected to the same GPIB card. Can I write two programs to access the same GPIB card but different instruments?

Solution: Yes. Since the GPIB Card assigns different addresses to all the instruments connected to it, you can access different instruments connected to it simultaneously. But you cannot access the same instrument using different programs simultaneously.
