Historical Data Viewer in MAX is not Working Properly, How Do I Reinstall?

Primary Software: LabVIEW Modules>>DSC Module
Primary Software Version: 6.1
Primary Software Fixed Version: N/A
Secondary Software: Lookout

Problem:
I have the LabVIEW Datalogging and Supervisory Control (DSC) Module or Lookout and I am logging historical data to the Citadel database. Using the Historical Data Viewer in Measurement and Automation Explorer (MAX), I am trying to create a new database view. When I right-click on Historical Data and select Create New..., a window pops-up without any options in it. I tried reinstalling MAX with out any luck. What do I need to do to get this feature to work?

Solution:
The Historical Data Viewer in MAX is installed through LabVIEW DSC or Lookout. Therefore, reinstalling MAX will not repair this problem. However, in Add/Remove Programs on the Windows Control Panel, there is an entry for NI Historical Data Viewer, if it was installed by either LabVIEW DSC or Lookout. You you can repair the installation by clicking Change and selecting Repair. After doing this, you should see the options when you are creating a new database view.
