Problem: When I login to Windows as Administrator, Multisim works perfectly. However, when someone with a User account logs in, they get a Jet Database Engine error message. Solution: When someone with a User account opens Multisim and gets: The Microsoft Jet database engine cannot open the file '<EWB9>\Database\mscomp_s.prd'. It is already open exclusively by another user, or you need permission to views its data; this indicates a user permission problem. In order to fix it, please follow these instructions:
