Why Does the Lookout Hypertrend Object Crash Lookout When the Displayed Traces Have Been Duplicated?

Primary Software: Lookout
Primary Software Version: 5.0
Primary Software Fixed Version: N/A
Secondary Software: Lookout

Problem: I created duplicate traces for each TAG entry for an object. When the object is viewed, the system crashes and stops data logging. Why is this happening?

Solution: This may happen if the logos.ini file is modified. If the .ini file is changed to resolve the "logging buffer too full" error message, it may cause the database file to reorder themselves in the wrong sequence. This can not be undone. Deleting the data in the database folder will, however cure the problem.
