Where Can I Find the NI Sync Block in Simulation Interface Toolkit 3.0.x?Primary Software: LabVIEW Toolkits>>LabVIEW Simulation Interface ToolkitPrimary Software Version: 3.0 Primary Software Fixed Version: N/A Secondary Software: N/A
Problem: In the previous Simulation Interface Toolkit 2.0, I was able to place an NI Sync block to interface between Simulink and LabVIEW. I cannot seem to find that block anymore. How can I synchronize the output data from the Simulink model into LabVIEW? Solution: NI Sync was used with the Simulation Interface Toolkit (SIT) 2.0 and lower. The NI Sync block has been renamed to SignalProbe and is located under the NI Signal Probe library in Simulink. The LabVIEW Simulation Interface Toolkit uses the SignalProbe block to probe the signals in the model. Note that the SignalProbe block must be on the top level of the model hierarchy. Also note that you can only have one SignalProbe block per model file. Make sure that you do not rename the SignalProbe block and do not change the name of another model block to SignalProbe.
