My TB-10 Dual Channel Modules Are Not Being Detected Hardware: FieldPoint>>Terminal Bases>>FP-TB-10
Problem: My TB-10 dual channel modules are not being detected. Even if they are detected, I am having intermittent communication and/or bad status from the TB-10. Solution: The TB-10 dual channel modules might not be seated properly. Please follow the following steps: 1. Make sure that both the top and bottom snaps are snapped in completely. 2. You should hear the two distinct snaps when putting the dual channel module into its slot. Figure 1:Dual Channel Modules being snapped in by a user
4. The red sticker on the TB-10 Dual channel module should always be on the top, away from the screw terminal. 5. Check that you have the correct FieldPoint Firmware for your system setup.
