Why am I Receiving Error -10401 When Outputting a Voltage in a Test Panel with my AT-AO-6/10 Board? Hardware: Legacy DAQ Devices>>Analog Output>>AT-AO-10, Legacy DAQ Devices>>Analog Output>>AT-AO-6
Problem: I have an AT-AO-6/10 board installed on my computer. It shows up in both MAX and device manager. When I run a test panel in MAX, however, I receive a -10401 error. Why is this? Solution: This error can be caused from incorrectly matching up the Input/Output Range jumpers on the board with the values set in MAX. When configuring the board in MAX, make sure to select the Input/Output Range option that corresponds to jumpers A5 - A9 on the board. For more information on configuring your AT-AO-6/10 board, please consult the user manual. AT-AO-6/10 User Manual Related Links: Attachments:
