What Do I Do When a Non-Technical BioBench Issue Arises (Lost Serial Number or Installation CD)?

Problem: The BioBench installer requires me to enter my serial number, but I've lost it. What do I do when a non-technical BioBench issue like this one arises?

Solution: There are several non-technical issues regarding BioBench that are handled by the National Instruments Sales Department. Among the more common are:
  • Lost serial number
  • Invalid serial number
  • Lost installation disk(s) or CD
  • Request for hard copies of manuals
