Error 1074397153 When My LabVIEW Executable is in the Start-Up Folder

Problem:
When I put my LabVIEW executable in my windows startup folder I receive Error 1074397153 cannot lock onto video source.  How can I correct this error?

Solution:
If your executable starts before all of the startup task are complete then the IMAQ boards won't initialize properly and you may receive this error.  If you add an additional wait at the beginning of the executable then your computer will have a chance to complete the necessary start up task.
