How to set a string or a variable at start of DASYLab experiment

Problem: How can I set the content of a string or a variable at the start of the DASYLab experiment ?

Solution: You can use some options for every string and variable. Open the Options menu and select Define Global Strings or Define Global Variables. The Type In at Start of Experiment option opens a window when the Experiment starts where you can set the content of a string or variable. The worksheet only runs after clicking on the Start button in this dialog box. If you set more than one string or variable at the start of the experiment it is very helpful to use the description, so that you can see which field is for which string/variable.
