Unknown Interface Error Calibrating FP-TC-120 with Calibration Executive

Primary Software: Calibration Executive
Primary Software Version: 2.2.1
Primary Software Fixed Version: 2.2.1
Secondary Software: N/A

Problem: I am trying to calibrate my FP-TC-120 using Calibration Executive 2.2.1 in Windows XP. Why do I receive the following error message: UNKNOWN interface error occurred at: Step: 'Adjust' In Sequence: 'Adjust' Specific Error Information: Error Code: -34123 Error Message: UNKNOWN ERROR?

Solution: This error message means that Calibration Executive cannot calculate valid calibration constants for the module. The error may indicate test system failure or a damaged module. In order to troubleshoot the matter, try re-seating the module in the terminal base, or try testing the module with a new terminal base. If that doesn't work, the module may need to be returned for repair.
