[c]FP-TC-120 Electromagnetic Immunity

Problem: When the [c]FP-TC-120 is exposed to electromagnetic fields sensors may have voltages induced by such fields thus causing erroneous data.

Solution: To reduce the effect of electromagnetic fields use shielded thermocouple wires and install the
measurement system far from the source of the unwanted interference. Installing the measurement system in an EMC rated enclosure will also help protect the system from the unwanted interference. Proper filtering such as averaging can also help provide more accurate measurements.
