Installing Measurement Studio 7.x with Visual Studio .NET 2005Hardware: PXI/CompactPCI>>Controllers
Problem: I have Visual Studio .NET 2005 and I am trying to install Measurement Studio for .NET but I keep getting errors, what can I do? Solution: The Measurement Studio 7.x .NET class libraries were created and tested for the .NET 1.1 framework only, but there may be some cases where they will work in Visual Studio .NET 2005. However, the install program for Measurement Studio checks for the .NET 1.1 framework and the associated framework SDK. You will need to install these components in addition to the .NET 2.0 framework that installs with Visual Studio .NET 2005 in order to install the Measurement Studio components. There are no known issues with having both versions of the framework installed on the same machine.
