Problem: I have just installed Lookout on a high-performance computer. My client process works as expected for about 10-15 minutes when it suddenly stops updating. Although I do not see any red X's on my interface, it appears communication has been lost. What's wrong? Solution: Logos 4.5.0.204 and earlier does not work properly for systems that either implement hyperthreading, support mulitple processors, or run faster than 2.1 GHz.
