Where is the GPIB Analyzer Software for Windows 3.1?

Hardware: GPIB>>Plug-in Controllers>>AT-GPIB/TNT+

Problem: I downloaded the AT-GPIB/TNT+ GPIB driver (version 2.7.1) from the NI website, but it doesn't include the analyzer software. Where can I download that?

Solution: The GPIB analyzer can be downloaded from the FTP site linked below.
