Problem: I have recently installed Measurement Studio and noticed that several ComponentWorks controls, identified by the "cw" prefix in their names, also are installed for use. However, I want all of these older controls at my disposal. How do I accomplish this? Solution: ComponentWorks, the predecessor to Measurement Studio, integrated closely with Visual Basic 6.0. As Measurement Studio evolved, newer controls that improved or consolidated some of these ComponentWorks controls were incorporated into the product. Installing support for Visual Basic 6.0 when installing Measurement Studio will once again provide access to these older controls.
