Why Do I Get a LabVIEW for ARM Download Error of "This Evaluation Version has expired"?Primary Software:
Primary Software Version: 1.1
Primary Software Fixed Version: N/A
Secondary Software: N/A
I am using the LabVIEW for ARM software in evaluation mode, and I have previously been able to download my code to my evaluation board. Now I am being told that my Build failed with errors. (As seen below)
After selecting View Output... the following detailed explanation will be given: Error A9932E: This Evaluation Version has expired. Please contact your supplier. Target not created. (As seen below)
I am still within my 60 day evaluation period for this software. Why am I getting this error?
When running the LabVIEW Embedded Module for ARM Microcontrollers (LabVIEW for ARM) in evaluation mode, you have 60 days to evaluate the software. During these 60 days, the Keil µVision compiler will also be available in evaluation mode to compile, link, and download code to a target.
As of August 1, 2009, it's possible for the Keil µVision compiler to end it's evaluation period before the 60 day LabVIEW for ARM evaluation period. If this occurs, you will get the errors discussed above.
To fix this problem, follow these steps to install a patch for the Keil µVision software.
