License Exception When Using Measurement Studio 7.x .NET Libraries With Microsoft Visual Studio 2005Hardware: PXI/CompactPCI>>Controllers
Problem: I am trying to use the Measurement Studio 7.x .NET libraries with Microsoft Visual Studio 2005. I get license exceptions when trying to use certain libraries. Can I use the Measurement Studio 7.x .NET libraries with Visual Studio 2005? Solution: The Measurement Studio 7.x .NET libraries were released before Visual Studio 2005 was available. The Measurement Studio 7.x .NET class libraries were created and tested for the .NET Framework 1.1 and Visual Studio 2003 only. There are some issues with trying to use them with Visual Studio 2005 and the .NET Framework 2.0, due to the fact that Microsoft has made significant changes in the newer version of the .NET Framework.
