Why Can I Not See All of My IMAQdx Camera's Attributes in Measurement & Automation Explorer Primary Software: Utility Software>>Measurement & Automation ExplorerPrimary Software Version: 1.0.1 Primary Software Fixed Version: N/A Secondary Software: Driver Software>>NI-IMAQ
Problem: I know my 1394/Gigabit Ethernet camera has more attributes then I can see in Measurement & Automation Explorer (MAX). How do I get access to the attributes I can not see? Solution: By default, MAX only shows the attributes that are shown under the Camera Attributes section of the attributes tree. If your camera has more attributes then you will have to set MAX to show them. This can be done by selecting View Options»All Attributes. This will show all of the attributes your camera has including any that are not listed under Camera Attributes. This will have to be done with each new camera you connect to the computer, however once done it will show all the attributes for this camera until the setting is changed.
