Problem: I have tried reformatting and rebooting my PXI-8175 but I keep getting the following message:
Solution: This message means that when the target attempted to flush items to the file system the FAT tables were not found. It could be a software corruption or a hardware problem. You should make a DOS or a Win98 boot disk (bootdisk.com) or boot to the USB drive (bootdisk.com) and run scandisk. Scandisk will check the disk for errors and fix any corruption. If there are serious disk problems, you will need to send the controller to National Instruments for repair.
