Support for the PCMCIA-GPIB Card under Linux

Hardware: GPIB>>Plug-in Controllers>>PCMCIA-GPIB

Problem:
Is there support for the PCMCIA-GPIB card under Linux?

Solution:
There are no plans to provide support for PCMCIA-GPIB cards under Linux. This would take some effort, since we have no PCMCIA source code base for a UNIX GPIB driver. Linux was the first UNIX-like operating system that supports the PCMCIA bus. If you have a supported distribution, consider using a USB GPIB solution on portable computers. See the links below for more information on current Linux driver support.

GPIB Boards supported by the current Linux driver: (not available on all distributions, please reference the readme.txt).

PCI-GPIB
PCI-GPIB/LP
NI PCIe-GPIB
PXI-GPIB
GPIB-USB-B
GPIB-USB-HS
GPIB-ENET/100
