Dimensions Not Visible in the Database Manager Preview in Ultiboard

Problem:
I have the Database Manager open in Ultiboard, and when I click the Show Dimensions button in the Preview window I do not see any dimensions. Why is this happening?

Solution:
The dimension lines in Ultiboard are saved under the Mechanical Layers. It is important that these layers must be visible before you call the Database Manager.

If the Mechanical Layers are dimmed or hidden when you call the Database Manager the dimensions are going to be difficult to see or not visible at all in the Preview window. If this is the case: close the Database Manager, place a checkmark on each Mechanical Layer in the Design Toolbox to make them visible, and then call the Database Manager again.
