如何让运动控制卡从UMI中读取Inhibit Output信号的状态?



硬件: Motion Control>>Controllers>>PCI-7334, Motion Control>>Controllers>>PCI-7344

问题: 我正在使用NI的运动控制卡、UMI和一个第三方驱动器。UMI将综合考虑来自多个源头的inhibit信号,以决定INHOUT信号的状态。我注意到,运动控制卡仅有Inhibit信号的输出端,那么我该如何读取驱动器的Inhibit状态呢?

解答: NI运动控制卡的每个轴都有一个inhibit信号,UMI将综合考虑此信号和其它信号,以决定UMI的inhibit输出的状态。由于运动控制卡的inhibit信号线仅能用于输出,所以它无法判断其它的源头是否也产生了inhibit信号。为了确定电机驱动器的真实状态,需要将INHOUT信号线手动地连接回UMI的其它输入端。

可以使用如下四种输入端口中的任意一个来测量Inhibit,只要它还没有被占用。
