Invalid Serial Number When Activating DataFinder Server 2017

I am trying to activate DataFinder Server 2017. When I input my serial number into the Activation Wizard, I receive an activation error saying
With the upgrade to 2017, licensing for DataFinder Server has changed to allow customers greater flexibility in adding DataFinder Server Connections and Instances to their deployment. The licensing changes also support the new Data Preprocessor feature added to DataFinder Server Advanced and Professional editions, which enables automatic metadata standardization and enrichment on the server. If you are trying to activate DataFinder Server 2017 and do not have at least 3 Serial Numbers, please contact National Instruments Technical Support at (866) 275-6964 or open a service request ticket online. Please include any DataFinder Server serial numbers you have and, if available, your VLA service ID in your service request ticket.
