Mouse Object Keeps Last State Primary Software: LookoutPrimary Software Version: 5.0 Primary Software Fixed Version: N/A Secondary Software: N/A
Problem: Lookout Mouse Object Keeps Last State Solution: The mouse object will keep the value of all states when the mouse becomes disabled. This can lead to confusion if the states are saved when the process is closed. For example, if the mouse button is pressed and the mouse is enabled, the button data member will become true. If the mouse object becomes disabled while the button is pressed the data member will remain true. If you then close and reopen the process file you will notice the mouse button value is still true. Enabling the mouse object does not cause the data member to return to false. This is because the object is event driven and there has not been an event on the mouse button. The attached process can help demonstrate this behaviour. Related Links: Attachments:
