How to Set CJC Source Attribute of the CJ Temperature channel with a cFP-TC-120

Primary Software: Utility Software>>Measurement & Automation Explorer
Primary Software Version: 4.5
Primary Software Fixed Version: N/A
Secondary Software: N/A
Hardware: Compact FieldPoint>>Analog I/O Modules>>cFP-TC-120

Problem:
I have a cFP-TC 120 and I want to use a software algorithm for cold junction compensation. The FP-TC-120 and cFP-TC-120 Operating Instructions manual states that to perform this operation it is necessary to set the CJC Source attribute of the CJ Temperature channel to either 0° or 25°.
Which settings do I have to configure in Measurement & Automation Explorer?

Solution:
In Measurement & Automation Explorer localize the cFP-TC-120 module of your bank and follow these steps:
  • Click on the Channel Configuration tab
  • Select Type 2:Analog input #2 under Channels
  • Select either or 25° under Value in Channel Attributes
