Solution: The process to use the 3D Graph in PowerPoint is outlined below.
- Export the Graph from LabVIEW
- You must use the ActiveX implementation of the 3D Graph to use the functional indicator in PowerPoint.
- From the Classic palette, select ActiveX 3D Surface, Curve or Parametric Graph.
- Generate the data on the 3D Graph.
- On the front panel, right-click the graph indicator and select CWGraph3D»Export Style...
- Save the file to your computer.
- Create the Control in PowerPoint
- In PowerPoint 2007, click the MS Office icon.
- Click PowerPoint Options.
- From the Popular category, enable Show Developer Tab in the Ribbon and click OK.
- Switch to the Developer Tab.
- Click the More Controls icon.
- Select CWGraph3D Control (National Instruments) from the More Controls box and click OK.
- Click and drag an area for the 3D Graph in the PowerPoint Document.
- Import the 3D Graph
- Right-click the 3D Graph Control on the PowerPoint slide and select CWGraph3D Control (National Instruments) Object»Import Style...
