TestStand Tools Menu is Empty

Problem:
I recently installed/upgraded TestStand and now the Tools drop-down menu is empty except for "Customize..." What do I need to do to restore these items?

Solution:
TestStand 4.1 saves the tools menu configuration in a ToolMenu.ini file located here:
<TestStand Application Data>\Cfg\
while TestStand 4.0 saves this file here:
<TestStand>\Cfg\

If this file is moved, renamed, or deleted, TestStand will generate a new, empty tools menu configuration. If you are missing this file, you can either repair your TestStand installation or copy the same file over from another TestStand installation of the same version.
