TestStand Tools Menu is Empty

Problem:
I recently installed/upgraded TestStand and now my tools menu has not items. Where did they go and how can I restore them?

Solution:
TestStand saves the tools menu configuration in the following file:
TestStand\Cfg\ToolMenu.ini

If this file is moved, renamed, or deleted, TestStand will generate a new, empty tools menu configuration. If you are missing this file, you can either repair your TestStand installation or copy the same file over from another TestStand installation of the same version.
