Why does the Multisim/Ultiboard Network License Server give me a "Permission Denied" message?

Secondary Software: Electronics Workbench>>Ultiboard

Problem: I'm using the Network License Server (NLS) for Multisim or Ultiboard. I tried to launch the NLS but I get an error message saying "Permission Denied".

Solution: For security reasons, the Network License Server may only be run from an account with administrator privileges. Attempting to control the license server from a non-Administrator account (User, Power User, etc.) will cause a "Permission Denied" error. To fix this problem, log off and log in using an account with Administrator privileges.
