NI Downloader Cannot Finish Downloading Driver

Hardware: PXI/CompactPCI>>Controllers

Problem:
When attemping to download a new driver using NI Downloader, I get the following error screen.

What can I do to fix my firewall?

Solution:

• Disable Windows Firewall
  
  If you have administrative access to your computer, you can disable the Windows Firewall.

1. Navigate to Windows Control Panel
2. Select Windows Firewall
3. On the General Tab, select Off to disable the Firewall
   
   
   
   
4. Attempt to restart your NI Downloader
   

• Add a Windows Firewall Exception
  
  If you do not have administrative access to your computer, you may not be able to disable your Windows Firewall. It may be possible for you to allow an exception for the NI Downloader.
  
  

1. Navigate to Windows Control Panel
2. Select Windows Firewall
3. Select the Exceptions tab
4. Choose Add Program
   
   
   
   
5. Select Browse, and navigate to the NI Downloader exe.
   
   
   
   
6. Attempt to restart your NI Downloader
   
   

If you have some other 3rd party firewall, please check documentation relating to that product on how to perform similar operations.
