Image Acquisition Device Not Appearing in Vision Assistant

Problem:
I was able to acquire an image from my device in Measurement and Automation Explorer (MAX) but when I go to Vision Assistant and try to acquire an image it tells me I do not have an imaging device. Where are my framegrabber and camera?

Solution:
Vision Assistant will only show available imaging devices. If you are able to acquire an image in MAX, then your configuration is correct. If the device is still selected in MAX, then it is not available for use in Vision Assistant. To be able to acquire an image in Vision Assistant from your device, you will need to either deselect the device in MAX or close MAX.
