Error Message "Calibration Sequence Error" when running the Calibration Procedure.

Primary Software: Calibration Executive
Primary Software Version: 1.0
Primary Software Fixed Version: N/A
Secondary Software: N/A

Problem:
When I run the Calibration Executive procedure, the first two steps including the self-calibration are properly passed, but the third step is failing. I obtain the following message "Calibration Sequence Error", and the execution stops and a blank report is generated (see below). It occurs in automatic and manual mode.

How do I fix this problem?

Solution:
This error occurs if your computer is set to use a comma instead of a period for decimal points.
  1. Go to Start » Settings » Control Panel.
  2. Click on Regional Settings.
  3. Click the Numbers tab
  4. Change the Decimal Symbol from a comma (,) to a period (.). In additon, you should change the Digit Grouping Symbol from (.) to (,).
