Error -1325 When Running an Analog Output DSA Example Program

Primary Software: Driver Software>>NI-DSA
Primary Software Version: 1.2
Primary Software Fixed Version: N/A
Secondary Software: N/A

Problem: I have a PCI-4552 DSA board and want to output a voltage signal. When I run either of the analog output example programs from the DSA palette ("Arbitrary Output Example.vi" or "Generate Output Example.vi") I get error -1325. This error occurs at NIDSA Set Output Voltage Range.vi and displays the error description "This feature is not supported by this device or driver". Why am I getting this error?

Solution: The PCI-4552 does not have any output channels so it cannot support waveform output operations. The example programs "Arbitrary Output Example.vi" and "Generate Output Example.vi" can only be used with the PCI-4551 because this DSA board has two channels of simultaneously sampled, 16-bit analog output. For more information about the PCI-4551 and PCI-4552 refer to the user manual in the related links section below.
